Responsibilities

• Recruiting/Skill Marketing; administer job postings in various systems.
• Understand local talent market and build a workforce plan for a continuous talent pipeline.
• Assist candidates with resumes, interview prep, and coaching for roles.
• Conduct behavioral interviews to qualify candidates and determine best placements.
• Ensure qualification match, cultural fit, and client requirements.
• Conduct searches and modify as needed to meet inventory needs.
• Complete candidate hiring/onboarding processes per client/organization requirements.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for future client requests.
• Extend offers, negotiate compensation and bill rate.
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and customers; provide prep and briefs.
• Perform second-level screenings per laws and company policies.
• Maintain candidate records in the tracking database.
