Job summary

Adecco Group in the United States is seeking an Onsite Supervisor who serves as the liaison for candidates and associates throughout recruiting, onboarding, and assignment lifecycle, ensuring satisfaction and strong client delivery.

You will recruit, screen, interview, coach candidates, manage onboarding, maintain candidate pipelines, and support KPI/SLA performance while building lasting relationships with clients and talent.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years of equivalent work experience.
• Prefer 2–5 years in the service provider industry.
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities.
• Proficiency with MS Office and databases.

Responsibilities

• Administers job postings in various systems.
• Conducts behavioral interviews to qualify candidates.
• Builds and maintains candidate relationships.
• Assists candidates with resumes and interview prep.
• Maintains candidate records in the tracking database.
• Achieves recruitment KPIs and client SLA metrics.
