Adecco Group in the United States seeks an Onsite Supervisor to oversee recruiting and onboarding, acting as the liaison between candidates, associates, and clients. You will drive KPI and SLA performance while building strong relationships to improve retention and client satisfaction.

Daily responsibilities include posting jobs, screening candidates, conducting interviews, negotiating offers, and maintaining records.

Formación

• A high school diploma or equivalent and 3-5 years of equivalent work experience required.
• A minimum of two to five years in the service provider industry is preferred.
• Must have a proven track record – measured by customer satisfaction service levels, increased responsibilities, and successful working relationships with colleagues and management.

Responsabilidades

• Post and administer job postings across systems and manage candidate flow.
• Forecast workforce needs with local market insights to maintain a continuous talent pipeline.
• Assist candidates with resumes, interview prep, and coaching for roles.
• Conduct behavioral interviews to assess fit and determine best placement options.
• Maintain candidate records and pipeline in the tracking database and ensure onboarding per client requirements.
