Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2–5 years in the service provider industry preferred.
• Proven track record in customer satisfaction and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Administers job postings in various systems.
• Builds and maintains relationships with candidates and clients.
• Conducts behavioral interviews to qualify candidates and determine best placement options.
• Ensures compliance with KPIs and SLAs for client delivery.
• Supports onboarding and candidate coaching throughout the lifecycle.
• Maintains candidate records and inventory for future client requests.
