Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Supervisor to act as the liaison for candidates and associates through recruiting, onboarding, and assignment lifecycle. You’ll drive talent pipeline strategies, support candidate development, and ensure strong client delivery while meeting KPI targets.

You will be responsible for interviewing, candidate assessments, and offering negotiations, all while maintaining compliant, high-quality service across the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 3–5 years of related work experience.
• 2–5 years in the service provider industry preferred.
• Proven track record in customer satisfaction, increased responsibilities, and strong working relationships.
• Excellent MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and database skills.

Responsibilities

• Post and manage job postings in various systems.
• Understand local talent market and implement workforce planning for a continuous talent pipeline.
• Assist candidates onsite or online with information about Adecco, offers, and training programs.
• Build and maintain relationships with passive and active candidates.
• Meet recruitment KPIs and SLAs through consistent activity.
• Conduct behavioral interviews to qualify candidates and determine best placement options.
• Assess candidates for qualification match and cultural fit.
• Perform moderately complex searches using Adecco tools and the web.
• Coach candidates on resumes and interview preparation.
• Complete onboarding processes per client and organizational requirements.
• Maintain candidate records in the tracking system.
• Develop talent pipelines for future client needs.
• Create and manage innovative strategies to attract top talent and improve retention.
• Negotiate offers and coordinate client briefings and interviews.
• Conduct debriefs with candidate and client after interviews.
• Screen candidates for compliance with laws and company policies.
