Job summary

Adecco Group in the United States is seeking an Onsite Supervisor to act as the employment liaison for candidates and associates throughout recruiting, onboarding, and assignment lifecycle. The role focuses on maintaining strong relationships, recognizing performance, and reinforcing the value of working with Adecco.

You will manage recruiting activity, conduct interviews, build pipelines, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws while meeting KPI metrics and client

• Excellent MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and database skills.
• Capable of problem resolution and task prioritization.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong candidate relationships and networks.

Responsibilities

• Administers job postings in various systems.
• Anticipate and understand the local talent market to ensure a pipeline of quality talent.
• Attend to all candidates that contact the onsite, providing correct information about Adecco, offers, and training.
• Builds and maintains relationships with passive and active candidates.
• Complies with recruitment and submission activity KPIs.
• Conduct behavioral interviews to qualify candidates and determine placement options.
• Assesses candidates for qualification match, cultural fit, and client requirements.
• Conducts searches and analyzes results to meet client needs.
• Assist candidates with resumes, interview prep, and coaching.
• Complete candidate hiring/onboarding processes per client requirements.
• Builds candidate pipelines for future client fulfillment.
• Create and manage strategies to attract top talent and increase retention.
• Extends offers including compensation and bill rate negotiation.
• Facilitates interviews with candidates and customers.
• Conducts debriefs with candidate and customer after interviews.
• Performs second-level screenings in compliance with laws and policies.
• Develops candidate executive summaries for resume submittal.
• Maintain and update candidate/associate records in tracking databases.
