Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent and 3-5 years of equivalent work experience required.
• A minimum of two to five years in the service provider industry is preferred.
• Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, communication, and customer service skills.
• Process- and KPI- oriented.
• Excellent MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and database skills and the ability to learn new software are required.
• Capable of problem resolution and task prioritization.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong candidate relationships and networks.
• High energy, results-driven, and solution-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Administers job postings in various systems.
• Understands the local talent market and implements a workforce planning strategy to ensure a continuous pipeline of quality talent.
• Attends to all candidates that contact the onsite, providing clear information about Adecco, offers, and training opportunities.
• Builds and maintains relationships with passive and active candidates.
• Meets recruitment and submission activity KPIs.
• Conducts behavioral interviews to qualify candidates and determine best placement options.
• Assesses candidates for qualification match, cultural fit, and client requirements.
• Performs candidate searches and refines results to meet needs.
