Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Supervisor to act as the liaison through recruiting, onboarding, and assignment lifecycle, ensuring satisfaction and meeting KPI/SLA targets for client delivery. Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent and 3-5 years of equivalent work experience required.
• 2-5 years in the service provider industry preferred.
• Proven track record in customer satisfaction and adding value.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet KPIs.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with recruiting processes and onboarding.
• Proficient with MS Office and database tools.

Responsibilities

• Administers job postings in various systems.
• Anticipate and understand the local talent market and plan workforce strategy.
• Interact with candidates onsite or online and provide clear guidance.
• Build and maintain relationships with passive and active candidates.
• Meet recruitment KPIs and SLAs for client delivery.
• Conduct behavioral interviews to assess fit.
• Assess candidates for match and client requirements.
• Perform searches using Adecco tools and the web; refine results.
• Assist candidates with resumes and interview preparation.
• Complete hiring/onboarding processes per client requirements.
• Build candidate pipelines for future requests.
• Develop recruiting strategies for skilled roles.
• Create and manage strategies to attract top talent.
• Extend offers and negotiate compensation/bill rate.
• Facilitate interviews with candidates and clients.
• Debrief candidates and customers after interviews.
• Conduct second-level candidate screenings per policy.
• Prepare executive summaries for resume submissions.
• Maintain candidate records in the tracking system.
