Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Supervisor to act as the employment liaison for candidates and associates throughout recruiting, onboarding, and assignment. You will ensure satisfaction, drive KPI/SLA metrics, and maintain strong client and candidate relationships while managing the end-to-end lifecycle.

Responsibilities include posting jobs, screening, interviewing, offering assignments, onboarding, and maintaining pipelines to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent and 3-5 years of equivalent work experience required.
• A minimum of two to five years in the service provider industry is preferred.
• Proven track record in customer satisfaction and strong working relationships with colleagues and management.

Responsibilities

• Administers job postings in various systems.
• Attend to all candidates and provide information about Adecco, offers, and training.
• Builds and maintains relationships with candidates, both passive and active.
• Conducts behavioral interviews and assesses qualification match and cultural fit.
• Manage recruitment lifecycle including onboarding and candidate summaries.
• Extend offers and coordinate interviews with candidates and clients.
• Maintain candidate/associate records in the tracking database.
