Job summary

The Adecco Group seeks an Onsite Supervisor to act as the employment liaison through recruiting, onboarding, and assignment lifecycle. The role focuses on building strong relationships with candidates and clients, while achieving KPI/SLA targets to ensure outstanding service delivery.

Responsibilities include administering job postings, conducting interviews, advising candidates, and managing onboarding processes.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent and 3-5 years of equivalent work experience required.
• A minimum of two to five years in the service provider industry preferred.
• Proven track record in customer satisfaction, increased responsibilities, and strong working relationships.

Responsibilities

• Administers job postings in various systems.
• Understands local talent market and plans workforce pipeline.
• Engages with candidates in person or online and provides accurate information.
• Builds and maintains relationships with passive and active candidates.
• Meets recruitment KPI and SLA metrics.
• Conducts behavioral interviews to qualify candidates.
• Assesses candidates for qualification match and cultural fit.
• Performs advanced searches leveraging Adecco tools and the internet.
• Assists candidates with resumes, interview prep, and coaching.
• Completes onboarding processes per client and organizational requirements.
• Maintains candidate records in tracking systems.
• Develops candidate executive summaries for resume submittals.
