Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking an on-site supervisor to act as the liaison for candidates, associates, and clients throughout recruiting, onboarding, and assignment lifecycle. You will ensure satisfaction by maintaining strong relationships, recognizing performance, and delivering KPI‑driven client service.

Responsibilities include posting roles, screening and interviewing candidates, building a talent pipeline, and coordinating onboarding.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent and 3–5 years of equivalent work experience.
• Preferred 2–5 years in the service provider industry with proven customer satisfaction and strong working relationships.

Responsibilities

• Administers job postings in various systems.
• Builds and maintains relationships with passive and active candidates.
• Conducts behavioral interviews to qualify candidates and determine the best placement options.
• Maintains candidate records in the tracking database.
• Completes hiring/onboarding processes in accordance with client requirements.
