Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Supervisor to serve as the liaison for candidates and associates through recruiting, onboarding, and assignment lifecycles. You will maintain strong relationships and reinforce the benefits of working for Adecco while meeting client delivery KPIs.

The role involves administering job postings, building pipelines, conducting interviews, and guiding onboarding. Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder-management skills are essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3-5 years of equivalent work experience in service provider industry
• Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, communication, and customer service skills
• Process- and KPI-oriented
• MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and database skills

Responsibilities

• Administers job postings in various systems
• Anticipate and implement workforce planning to ensure talent pipeline
• Interact with candidates onsite or online with clear information about Adecco, offers, and training
• Builds and maintains relationships with passive and active candidates
• Complies with recruitment KPIs and SLAs
• Conducts behavioral interviews to qualify candidates
• Assesses candidates for qualification match and cultural fit
• Searches using Adecco tools and internet resources to meet needs inventory
• Assist candidates with resumes, interview prep, and role coaching
• Complete candidate hiring/onboarding processes per client requirements
• Maintain pipeline of candidates for future requests
• Develops recruiting strategies for professional skill sets
• Create and manage strategies to attract top talent and improve retention
• Extends offers including compensation and bill rate negotiation
• Facilitate interviews with candidates and customers
• Conduct debriefs with candidate and customer after interviews
• Second-level screenings ensuring compliance with laws and policies
• Develop candidate executive summaries for resume submittals
• Maintain candidate/associate records in tracking database
