Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Supervisor to act as the liaison for candidates and associates through recruiting, onboarding, and assignment lifecycle. You will ensure client delivery excellence by meeting performance KPIs and maintaining strong relationships with candidates and clients.

The role includes conducting behavioral interviews, managing candidate pipelines, and extending offers with negotiation of compensation and bill rates. Strong MS Office and database skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years of equivalent work experience; 2–5 years in the service provider industry preferred.
• Proven track record in customer satisfaction, increased responsibilities, and strong relationships with colleagues and management.
• Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, communication, and customer service skills.
• Process- and KPI-oriented with proficiency in MS Office and database tools.
• Ability to build and maintain candidate relationships and networks, high energy, results-driven attitude.

Responsibilities

• Administers job postings in various systems.
• Understand local talent market and implement workforce planning for continuous pipeline.
• Guide candidates through onboarding and provide accurate information about Adecco and training programs.
• Build and maintain relationships with passive and active candidates.
• Meet recruitment KPIs and SLAs.
• Conduct behavioral interviews to assess fit and qualifications.
• Perform candidate searches and refine strategies using Adecco tools.
• Assist candidates with resumes and interview preparation.
• Manage candidate hiring/onboarding according to client requirements.
• Build candidate pipeline for future needs and create effective recruiting strategies.
• Extend offers and negotiate compensation and bill rate.
• Facilitate interviews with candidates and clients, including preparation and debriefs.
• Conduct second-level screenings ensuring compliance with laws and policies.
• Develop executive summaries for resume submittals and maintain records in the tracking system.
