Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Supervisor to act as the liaison through recruiting, onboarding, and assignment lifecycle. This role focuses on delivering high-quality candidate experiences, meeting KPIs, and ensuring excellent client delivery for Adecco's staffing solutions.

The Onsite Supervisor will build strong candidate pipelines, guide interviews, and manage offers while ensuring compliance with company policies and client requirements across our local markets.

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, communication, and customer service skills.
• Process- and KPI- oriented.
• Excellent MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and database skills and the ability to learn new software are required.
• Capable of problem resolution and task prioritization.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong candidate relationships.

Responsibilities

• Administers job postings in various systems.
• Understands local talent market and implements a workforce planning strategy.
• Attends to all onsite candidates, providing clear info about Adecco, offers, training and development.
• Builds and maintains relationships with passive and active candidates.
• Conducts behavioral interviews to qualify candidates and placement options.
• Extends offer of assignment, including compensation and bill rate negotiation.
• Facilitates interviews with candidates and customers, including preparation.
