Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Supervisor to coordinate recruiting, onboarding, and assignment lifecycle for candidates and associates. You will manage postings, build pipelines, and guide candidates through interviews, coaching, and onboarding while meeting KPI targets for client delivery.

This role emphasizes relationship-building and process excellence. You will extend offers, negotiate terms, and facilitate interviews with clients, ensuring compliance with laws and internal policies.

Responsibilities

• Administers job postings in various systems and builds a talent pipeline.
• Conducts behavioral interviews to assess fit and qualifications.
• Manage candidate life cycle from outreach to onboarding per client requirements.
• Assist candidates with resumes and interview coaching for roles.
• Develop recruitment strategies to attract top talent and improve retention.
• Extend offers, negotiate compensation and bill rates with clients.
• Coordinate interviews and debrief with candidates and clients.
• Ensure prescreening complies with laws and company policies.
• Maintain candidate records and build executive summaries for submittals.
