ManpowerGroup is seeking a Recruiter to drive full-cycle recruitment for diverse clients in Rochester, MN. You will source, screen, interview, and place candidates while maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers and community partners.

The role emphasizes on-site collaboration, travel to client sites, and leveraging AI-enabled tools to enhance hiring outcomes. A solid base in recruiting and customer service is valued.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in recruiting, customer service, and/or sales.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Nice to have: associate or bachelor's degree; experience with ATS tools (Taleo, Avature, JobApp, Bullhorn).

Responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates using job postings, social media, networking, referrals, and outreach campaigns.
• Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess skills and fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Provide guidance throughout the recruitment process and offer post-interview feedback.
• Attend local networking events to broaden brand exposure and meet clients.
• Visit high volume clients weekly for on-site check-ins and recruitment support.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS and leverage AI-enabled tools as appropriate.
