ManpowerGroup in Rochester, MN is seeking a Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing candidates to closing offers. You will partner with hiring managers, screen applicants, conduct interviews, and coordinate scheduling for high-volume accounts.

This role emphasizes relationship building with local talent pools, proactive market insights, and applying AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency while maintaining a human-centered approach.

Qualifications

• 1 year in recruiting, customer service, and/or sales.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Source and attract candidates using job postings, social media, networking, referrals, and outreach campaigns.
• Review resumes and applications to identify potential candidates meeting qualifications.
• Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess skills, experience and fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process, including interview prep and feedback.
• Engage with community partners and attend local networking events to broaden brand exposure.
• Weekly client visits and onsite check-ins for high-volume clients.
• Host job fairs and recruitment events in the market.
• Maintain data in the applicant tracking system.
