• Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess skills and fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Provide guidance and support to candidates through the recruitment process, including interview prep and feedback.
• Engage with community partners and attend local networking events.
• Weekly client visits and on-site checks for high-volume accounts.
• Host job fairs and recruitment events in the market.
