Job summary

Unknown is seeking a Talent Acquisition professional to drive full lifecycle recruiting on-site in Minnesota. You will partner with hiring managers to design sourcing strategies, conduct interviews, and extend offers while negotiating compensation and building a diverse talent pipeline.

The role requires strong communication, network development, and proficiency with ATS and social platforms to enhance candidate and stakeholder experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of talent acquisition full life cycle experience.
• 3+ years of direct sourcing experience.
• Ability to advise, consult, and execute talent strategies.
• Strong network and stakeholder relationship skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Experience with LinkedIn and digital sourcing tools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake with hiring managers to understand needs and posting requirements.
• Execute hiring process from sourcing to selection and schedule interviews.
• Administer pre-employment checks and reference checks.
• Collaborate on compensation proposals and market data.
• Extend and negotiate offers and communicate employer value.
• Build talent pipelines and promote employer brand on social media.
• Utilize ATS and other tools to improve candidate and leader experience.
