Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Recruiter to connect candidates with clients, manage the full-cycle recruitment process, and deliver exceptional service to candidates, associates, and clients in the Rochester market.

You will source, screen, interview, and place talent while building strong relationships with hiring managers and local partners. Weekly client visits and on-site check-ins are required at high-volume accounts.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in recruiting, customer service, and/or sales.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates using job postings, social media, networking, referrals, and outreach campaigns.
• Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess skills and fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the process.
• Maintain candidate data in the applicant tracking system.
