Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Supervisor to act as the liaison for candidates and associates through recruiting, onboarding, and assignment lifecycle. You will drive KPI performance, maintain strong client relations, and ensure effective talent pipelines at the onsite location.

The role emphasizes active candidate engagement, behavioral interviews, and seamless onboarding while adhering to federal, state, and local regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 3-5 years in the service provider industry preferred.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, communication, and customer service skills.
• Process- and KPI-oriented.
• MS Office and database skills, ability to learn new software.
• Ability to build candidate relationships and networks.
• Energetic, results-driven, and solution-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Administers job postings and plans workforce pipeline.
• Conducts behavioral interviews and matches candidates to client needs.
• Maintains candidate relationships and onboarding processes.
• Develops recruiting strategies and extends offers.
• Ensures compliance with laws and company policies.
