Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 3-5 years of equivalent work experience.
• 2-5 years in the service provider industry preferred.
• Proven track record in customer satisfaction, increased responsibilities, and strong relationships.

Responsibilities

• Administers job postings in various systems.
• Maintain pipeline of candidates and workforce planning strategies.
• Conduct interviews to qualify candidates and determine best placement.
• Assist candidates with resumes, interview prep, and coaching.
• Complete onboarding processes per client and organizational requirements.
• Build and maintain candidate relationships and networks.
