Job summary

Dexian is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator 1 to support the Digital, Technology and Distribution Team in Irving, TX or Peoria, IL. This on-site role provides administrative recruiting support, interviews scheduling, and documentation management for student and graduate TA programs across the United States.

You will work with recruiters to prescreen resumes, process offers and pre-employment steps, and maintain records in Workday while delivering a high level of service to candidates and hiring

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in recruiting coordination or related roles.
• Associate or bachelors degree preferred but not required.
• Experience with confidential and sensitive materials.
• Experience with ATS (Workday a plus) and scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to recruiting team, schedule interviews, and generate documents.
• Prescreen resumes and assist in interview scheduling.
• Coordinate offer letters, background checks, and pre-hire activities.
• Maintain data in Workday and recruitment systems.
• Deliver white-glove service to colleagues and candidates.
