Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English.
• College or university degree and/or equivalent experience.
• 3–4 years of recruitment/human resources experience and volume hiring experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative assistance to the recruiting team including generating required letters and documentation for prospective candidates and scheduling interviews.
• Assist and coordinate recruiting activities among Sourcers, Hiring Managers and Recruiters.
• Assist in interview scheduling with hiring managers or administrative assistants.
• Schedule interviews with prospective candidates.
• Send interview information to candidates and hiring managers.
• Oversee/coordinate offer letters, contracts rollout, background/reference check processes and pre-hire activities.
• Assist in collection of documents and onboarding readiness.
• Update recruitment applications (Taleo/PeopleSoft) to prepare records for HR submission.
• Ensure day one paperwork for personnel files is collected and forwarded to the responsible group.
