Dexian is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiting Coordination Partner to support the Digital Student & Graduate TA team across the United States. Qualifications

• 0-2 years of HR or recruiting experience.
• Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• Experience with confidential materials.
• Internships count as work experience.
• Familiarity with ATS and HR tech.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the recruiting team including generating required letters and documentation for prospective candidates, scheduling interviews, creating job postings etc.
• Prescreen resumes sourced against existing job requisitions at the direction of recruiters.
• Oversee offer letters, contracts rollout, background/reference checks, and drug screens.
• Support data entry to create new hire records and update recruitment applications (Workday).
• Deliver white-glove service to colleagues and candidates alike.
