Position Overview
Our client is seeking a dynamic, organized, and self‑motivated Recruiting Coordinator to support its Digital, Technology & Distribution Talent Acquisition team. This role provides recruiting and onboarding support for salaried management and support positions across the United States, ensuring all hiring activities are completed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Coordination
- Provide administrative support to recruiters and hiring teams.
- Generate offer letters, candidate correspondence, and recruitment documentation.
- Coordinate recruiting activities among recruiters, sourcers, hiring managers, and candidates.
- Schedule interviews and manage complex calendars.
- Communicate interview logistics to candidates and hiring teams.
- Create and maintain job postings.
Candidate & Hiring Process Management
- Coordinate offer letter distribution and employment contracts.
- Manage background checks, reference checks, security clearances, and other pre‑employment activities.
- Collect and track required candidate documentation.
- Support onboarding activities and ensure timely completion of hiring requirements.
- Assist with new hire record creation and recruitment system updates.
Systems & Compliance
- Maintain accurate information within ATS and HR systems such as:
- Workday
- Taleo
- PeopleSoft
- Ensure compliance with recruiting processes, policies, and applicable regulations.
- Maintain accurate recruitment documentation and records.
Additional Support
- Prescreen resumes against open requisitions as directed by recruiters.
- Assist with hiring policy documentation and benchmarking initiatives.
- Deliver a high‑touch candidate and stakeholder experience throughout the hiring process.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of recruiting, recruiting coordination, or HR‑related experience.
- High School Diploma required; college degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Intermediate proficiency with MS Office and web‑based recruiting applications.
- Experience utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- High attention to detail and process discipline.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, matrixed environment.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship‑building skills.
- Self‑motivated team player with the ability to meet defined service level agreements (SLAs).
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of an additional local language.
- Familiarity with HR and recruiting policies and procedures.
- Experience supporting high‑volume hiring environments.
- Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships across multiple stakeholder groups.
