Qualifications

• Associate degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 2 years of experience troubleshooting PCs, printers, phones and network issues.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (preferred).
• Additional certifications: MCSE, MCTS, CNA, Avaya telephony certification or ITIL certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support by installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining and upgrading laptops, desktops, phones, printers, bar code scanners and peripherals in office and manufacturing environments.
• Support higher level specialists with server hardware, OS, network infrastructure, and telephony through troubleshooting incidents with customers via phone or remote communication.
• Document issues solved, perform root cause analysis, record troubleshooting steps, and escalate as needed to reduce downtime.
