Job summary

Generac Power Systems Inc. is seeking a Systems Support Specialist II for our Jefferson, Wisconsin facility. You will handle hands-on support for desktops, laptops, phones, printers, and peripherals, escalating to specialists when needed.

You will collaborate with IT and produce documentation, assist with software training, and help maintain IT security and standards across the environment. Occasional travel to other facilities may be required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 2 years of experience troubleshooting PCs, printers, phones and network issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on desktop, laptop, phone, printers and peripheral support.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and escalate to Tier 3 as needed.
