Responsibilities

• Answer telephones in Message Center using a multi-line phone system.
• Utilize appropriate logs for tracking issues with calls.
• Maintain phone lists as per procedure.
• Handle additional projects as assigned.
• Communicate with manager and client on job or deadline issues.
• Ensure that request tickets are properly filled out before beginning work.
• Ability to handle high-stress environments.
• Complete various tasks as specified per request.
• Notify appropriate staff when calls are processed incorrectly.
• Troubleshoot basic equipment problems; place service calls when needed.
• Assist in training new hires.
