Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking a Service Operations Supervisor to manage client relationships, oversee payroll processing, and coordinate training and onboarding for client-facing systems. Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; multi-state PEO/ASO/HCM experience preferred.
• 2-4 years in customer service, payroll, HRIS, or related PEO/ASO/HCM environment preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for assigned group of clients and manage relationships.
• Coordinate user setup and provide training for payroll software and service platforms.
• Lead client meetings to review escalated issues and significant matters.
• Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing and resolve payroll errors.
• Monitor Payroll Specialists and provide coaching to the team.
