Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking a Service Operations Specialist to support payroll, tax, HRIS, and client management workflows. You will act as the primary contact for a client base, ensuring accurate payroll processing, prompt issue resolution, and alignment with SOPs.

The role involves coordinating user setup, delivering system training, analyzing data for improvements, and collaborating with internal teams to drive client satisfaction and retention. On-site attendance is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of experience in customer service, payroll, HRIS, or related environment preferred.
• Experience with PRISM is preferred but not required.
• Experience with Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, providing guidance and timely responses to inquiries.
• Coordinate user setup and deliver training for payroll platforms, HRIS, and service portals.
• Process payroll accurately and timely per federal, state, and local regulations and company policies.
• Assist with HRIS/payroll system issues and collaborate with Tax, Benefits, HR, and Operations teams.
• Maintain client relationships to support retention and service delivery.
