Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking a Service Operations Supervisor to manage client relationships and ensure seamless payroll and tax processing. The role coordinates user setup, training, and retention initiatives while serving as a liaison between clients and internal operations.

The supervisor oversees payroll processing, analyzes data for improvements, and provides guidance on tax and reporting requirements. On-site attendance is essential for secure access and collaboration.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; 2+ years in PEO/ASO/HCM preferred.
• 2–4 years of customer service, payroll, HRIS, or related environment preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for an assigned group of clients.
• Coordinate user setup and provide training for client-facing payroll systems.
• Lead client meetings to review escalated issues and account status.
• Monitor payroll processing accuracy and resolve errors with the team.
• Escalate client issues and drive resolution with internal departments.
