Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions in Duluth, MN is seeking a Service Operations Supervisor to manage client relationships and ensure seamless payroll delivery. You will coordinate user setup, train client teams, and drive retention strategies while aligning with SOPs.

This on-site role requires supervising Payroll Specialists, analyzing data for improvements, guiding tax and reporting, and leading weekly POD huddles to address escalations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and 2+ years in PEO/ASO/HCM or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in customer service, payroll, HRIS, or related PEO/ASO/HCM environment.
• Previous supervisory experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for assigned client group.
• Coordinate user setup and training for payroll platforms and service platforms.
• Lead client meetings to review escalations.
• Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.
• Collaborate with Quality Control to resolve payroll errors.
• Mentor Payroll Specialists and coach staff.
• Maintain clear client communications.
