Job summary

Datawatch Systems is seeking a Service Dispatcher Level I to coordinate service requests and dispatch field technicians in a timely manner. You will work with the Service Dispatch Supervisor and focus on accuracy, customer satisfaction, and efficient operations.

The role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to handle multiple tasks, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Onsite work in Bethesda, MD, with a starting hourly rate of $20–$23 during standard daytime shifts.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in dispatch or related administrative role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills are required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate service requests and dispatch with field technicians.
• Maintain regular communication with managers to align on dispatch operations.
• Assist in scheduling and prioritizing service orders to ensure timely responses.
• Monitor dispatch quality and support customer-facing inquiries.
• Escalate issues outside normal parameters to management as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments to support overall service goals.
