Qualifications

• Minimum of 1–2 years' experience in dispatch operations, preferably in the telecom industry.
• Minimum of 1–2 years' experience with Salesforce or equivalent.
• Familiarity with dispatching best practices and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage deployment of field service personnel and resources.
• Monitor real-time operations, adjust schedules, and communicate with field staff.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies.

Skills

Strong written and verbal communication in English

Ability to read maps

Typing speed of 40 words per minute

Proficiency in Spanish

Education
