This contract-to-hire role involves coordinating daily service requests and technician scheduling. The ideal candidate will manage about 20 service tickets daily, communicate effectively with customers, and support parts coordination to minimize repeat

Responsibilities

• Receive and assess incoming service calls; dispatch approximately 20 service tickets daily.
• Prioritize requests and assign technicians based on availability and skillset.
• Maintain clear communication with customers to gather information and provide updates.
• Coordinate parts needs to support technicians and reduce return visits.
• Provide feedback to call center on customer concerns and process improvements.
• Track service calls and prepare reporting/metrics for management.
• Maintain service logs, documentation, and manuals.
• Provide backup support to fellow dispatchers as needed.
