Job summary

Datawatch Systems in Bethesda, MD is seeking a Service Dispatcher Level I to coordinate dispatch of service requests to field technicians and ensure timely customer responses. This onsite role requires strong organization and attention to detail, working with the Dispatch Supervisor to uphold service quality.

Starting pay ranges from $20.00 to $23.00 per hour, with typical 8:00 am to 4:00 pm Monday through Friday shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of dispatch experience; administrative or supervisory roles preferred.
• Strong communication skills and customer service mindset.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with dispatch tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate service requests with field technicians to ensure timely responses.
• Maintain regular communication with the Service Manager and Supervisor.
• Assist in managing service schedules and ensure high-quality service.
• Identify and escalate issues outside normal operations and report them.
• Support other departments as needed to maintain operational efficiency.
