Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in dispatching or scheduling is required.

Responsibilities

• Review incoming service requests, emails, and calls and dispatch technicians accordingly.
• Coordinate daily technician schedules and service assignments.
• Communicate with customers and technicians regarding service updates and scheduling changes.
• Prioritize service requests based on urgency, technician availability, and customer needs.
• Track service activity and assist with ensuring timely completion of work orders.
• Provide administrative support including purchase orders, parts coordination, and documentation.
• Maintain accurate service records and technician resources.
• Participate in weekly technician meetings.
• Assist with special projects and inventory processes as needed.
