What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Serve as the primary point of contact with field service technicians, service partners, and customers to ensure timely and successful scheduling and completion of work
• Schedule and assign onsite field technicians based on internal resource availability
• Document requirements for onsite access and communicate with customer sites accordingly
• Track support case, RMA, and dispatch processes within the internal CRM system
• Provide timely and professional responses to customer inquiries regarding the status of support cases and dispatches

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Minimum of 2 years of work experience in a similar role
• Strong organizational, problem‑solving, and multi‑tasking abilities
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in scheduling and dispatch coordination with attention to detail
• Excellent computer skills; familiarity with database management and Excel required

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience managing RMA processes, global part replacements, and repair tracking systems
• Familiarity with computer hardware/server architecture
• Willingness to work overnight shifts (9:30 PM‑6 AM Central) or 3 PM‑11:30 PM Central
