Job summary

Ricoh Americas Corporation is seeking a Senior On-Site Service Specialist to support client sites by operating high-volume copiers, performing maintenance, and managing mail and shipping tasks. You will troubleshoot basic equipment, perform setup, and assist with reception when needed.

Responsibilities include maintaining logs, responding to service calls, and delivering completed work to customer locations. Occasional travel between buildings and light maintenance duties may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 1–2 years related work experience preferred.
• Demonstrate competency in basic computer skills including MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Operate high-volume copy machines, perform binding/finishing work.
• Check copier quality and paper jams; inform technicians of problems.
• Troubleshoot basic equipment and elevate issues as needed.
• Set up equipment per customer instructions (toner, paper, etc.).
• Handle scanning/imaging of documents; may perform reception duties.
• Maintain records and inventories; assist in shipping/receiving.
