Responsibilities

• Supervise Security Officers across client sites and ensure post orders are followed.
• Coach and discipline personnel and document actions.
• Train Officers and review assignments with teams.
• Ensure adequate coverage of all posts and communicate with client reps.
• Respond to emergencies with rapid judgment and escalation.
• Prepare reports and records as required.
