Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. in Denver, CO is seeking a Security Site Supervisor to lead Security Officers and ensure post orders are followed, rounds completed, and client security requirements met.

This full-time role offers a $25.00 per hour wage, Monday–Friday 6AM–2PM, opportunities for advancement, comprehensive benefits, and ongoing training. Ideal candidates have prior supervisory experience, strong leadership, and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills.
• Above average computer / technology skills needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Security Officers and other personnel at client sites and ensure post orders are followed.
• Coach and discipline personnel and document actions.
• Train Security Officers and review assignments with subordinates.
• Ensure adequate coverage of posts and positions with management.
• Prepare, file, and submit reports as required.
• Inspect posts and outline tasks for subordinates.
• Meet with client representatives to ensure security requirements are met and provide quality service.
• May perform duties of a Security Officer as needed.
