Responsibilities

• Functions as a supervisor of Security Officers and site personnel; ensure post orders followed and rounds completed.
• Coach and discipline personnel; document coaching actions and disciplinary actions.
• Train Officers; review post orders and assignments with staff.
• Ensure adequate coverage of all posts; coordinate with management and client representatives.
