Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. in Denver, CO is seeking a Security Site Supervisor to manage security officers, enforce post orders, and maintain safe client environments.

The role includes monitoring access, patrolling multiple locations, coaching staff, and reporting incidents. Competitive hourly wage and comprehensive benefits are offered, with a schedule Monday–Friday and potential for advancement.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Above average computer / technology skills needed.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills needed.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and use appropriate escalation.
• All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
• Must have prior supervisor / management experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Security Officers and Lead Officers at client sites, ensuring post orders are followed and rounds completed.
• Coach and discipline personnel as needed and document actions.
• Train Officers and review assignment details with subordinates.
• Ensure adequate coverage of all posts and positions in coordination with management.
• Prepare and file required reports.
• Inspect posts and outline tasks for subordinates.
• Meet with client representatives to ensure security requirements are met and provide quality service.
• May perform duties of a Security Officer per post orders.
