Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is seeking a Lead Security Officer for a full-time role at a client site in Denver, CO. The position requires supervising Security Officers, ensuring post orders are followed, and coordinating with management to maintain security standards.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, training, scheduling, and providing quality customer service to clients while remaining calm under pressure. A valid work status in the United States is required.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills.
• Must be able to work independently and remain calm under stress.
• Must have reliable transportation and means of communication.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• 2 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination.
• Must have knowledge of security operations with patrol, inspection, and response.

Responsibilities

• Functions as a supervisor of Security Officers and other personnel assigned to one or more posts at client site(s); acts to ensure that all post orders are followed, that established rounds are completed, and that required reports are filed; notifies proper authorities and client in emergency situations.
• Coaches and disciplines personnel as appropriate; seeks advice from company management or designated representatives as appropriate; meets personally with employees and documents coaching and disciplinary actions.
• Trains Security Officers and other company personnel; reviews post orders and other details of assignments with subordinates.
• In conjunction with company management or designated representatives ensure adequate coverage of all posts and positions.
• Meets with client representatives as scheduled or as needed to provide assurance that all security requirements are being met and to provide quality customer service.
• May perform the duties of a Security Officer in accordance with post orders and company policy.
