Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED plus 2 years of related experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Security Officers, Lead Officers, and others; ensure post orders are followed and rounds completed.
• Coach and discipline personnel; meet with employees; document actions.
• Train Security Officers and review post orders with staff.
• Assist in payroll and personnel information submissions.
• Ensure adequate coverage of all posts and positions.
• Prepare, file, and submit reports as required.
• Inspect posts and outline tasks with subordinates.
• Meet with client representatives to ensure security requirements and quality service.
• Perform supervisory duties per company policies; interview, orient, train, and direct staff.
• May perform duties of a Security Officer as needed.
