AppleOne Employment Services is seeking a Sales Administrator in Ontario, CA to support a busy sales team in a 100% onsite, direct hire role. You will ensure opportunities move smoothly from initial contact through order execution in a fast-paced distribution environment.

The role emphasizes proactive organization, professional communication, and collaboration with Sales, Product Development, Operations, and Logistics to deliver timely, accurate customer service.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant sales support or customer account experience preferred.
• Recent experience supporting a sales team in distribution or manufacturing.
• Familiarity with major retailer online portals like Walmart or Target.
• Experience with order tracking, logistics coordination, and product launch support.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare sales representatives for customer meetings by organizing presentations, pricing, samples, and talking points.
• Track open opportunities, follow-ups, samples, orders, timelines, and next steps.
• Act as a communication link between Sales, Product Development, Operations, and Logistics.
• Support onboarding, inquiries, order updates, and issue resolution for customers.
• Maintain accurate sales records, contracts, proposals, and account information.
• Help improve sales processes by creating organized systems to reduce missed details.
