Job summary

AppleOne is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a temp-to-hire role in Cerritos, CA. The position focuses on handling customer orders, supporting inside sales, and coordinating with production and shipping teams to ensure on-time delivery.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in customer service or order management, be proficient with MS Office and ERP/CRM systems, and demonstrate strong communication skills and accuracy in data handling.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in customer service or order management.
• Accurate processing of orders, POs, quotes, and customer data.
• Proficiency with MS Office; Excel and Outlook required.
• Familiarity with ERP/CRM or order management systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and outside sales representatives regarding order placement, status updates, pricing, availability, and service requests.
• Accurately process customer orders, purchase orders, new item requests, order revisions, quotations, confirmations, and customer account information.
• Coordinate with production, design, shipping, warehouse, sales, and operations teams to track orders, expedite shipments, resolve issues, and meet delivery expectations.
• Monitor inventory levels, communicate out-of-stock or discontinued items, recommend suitable alternatives, and support just-in-time order coordination.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism while maintaining accurate records, files, and customer account details.
• Support order accuracy, invoicing, job costing, pricing updates, customer onboarding, and ongoing account maintenance.
