This fully onsite role supports business development, sales operations, and growth initiatives, focusing on analyzing sales performance and preparing management reports. You will collaborate across Sales, Finance, Marketing and Operations, develop PowerPoint presentations, dashboards, and CRM data, and help coordinate client meetings, budgets, and training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in sales analysis, financial reporting, sales operations, or a related function.
• Experience analyzing business performance, preparing KPI reports, and identifying trends.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; CRM, SharePoint, and dashboard experience preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and collaborate across departments.

Responsibilities

• Sales Analysis & Reporting: Analyze sales data, customer trends, and business performance to identify growth opportunities.
• Sales Operations & Business Support: Coordinate client meetings and business development initiatives, tracking resulting orders and opportunities.
• Marketing & Cross-Functional Coordination: Partner with Sales and Marketing to execute promotional activities and client engagement initiatives.
• Maintain CRM data, SharePoint resources, and reporting dashboards to support efficient operations.
