A great organization! in Tenafly, NJ is seeking a Sales Support Analyst for a temporary leave replacement through 9/2027.

This fully onsite role supports business development, sales operations, and growth initiatives, focusing on analyzing sales performance and preparing management reports. You will collaborate across Sales, Finance, Marketing and Operations, develop PowerPoint presentations, dashboards, and CRM data, and help coordinate client meetings, budgets, and training.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in sales analysis, financial reporting, sales operations, or a related function.
• Experience analyzing business performance, preparing KPI reports, and identifying trends.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; CRM, SharePoint, and dashboard experience preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and collaborate across departments.

Sales Support Analyst | Temporary Leave Replacement through 9/2027

Tenafly, NJ area | Fully onsite

Monday - Friday | 8am to 5pm

Summary:

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Sales Support Analyst to support business development & sales operations, and strategic growth initiatives. This role focuses on analyzing sales performance, preparing management sales reports, and coordinating sales and marketing activities.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills and collaborate effectively across Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Analysis & Reporting

• Analyze sales data, customer trends, and business performance to identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare sales scorecards, KPIs, dashboards, and monthly management reports.
• Monitor incoming orders, customer exposure limits, financing opportunities, and sales activity.
• Maintain sales tracking reports and monthly Incoming Orders workbooks, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.

Sales Operations & Business Support

• Coordinate client meetings and business development initiatives, tracking resulting orders and opportunities.
• Develop and maintain PowerPoint presentations, sales reports, and client-facing materials.
• Support sales programs through budget monitoring, agreement tracking, training, and communications.
• Maintain CRM data, SharePoint resources, and reporting dashboards to support efficient operations.

Marketing & Cross-Functional Coordination

• Partner with Sales and Marketing to execute promotional activities and client engagement initiatives.
• Coordinate marketing materials, supplier communications, and purchasing activities.
• Collaborate with Finance, Marketing, and Operations to ensure alignment on sales initiatives.
• Provide additional analytical and operational support to Sales Management as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in sales analysis, financial reporting, sales operations, or a related function.
